Cedar Hollow was a working dairy farm until the mid-90s — the barn still smells faintly of hay if you get close enough. Inside, the floors are original heart pine, resanded but never stained past their own color. The kitchen has a 6-burner range and enough counter space for three people to cook at once without colliding, which we mention because groups tend to book this one for exactly that reason. Fall here means 200-year-old maples doing their whole routine right outside the dining room windows.
